This is how MOHASA GOURMET handles orders for Afro-Caribbean meals, whether they stay in the city or ship out.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed when checkout finishes. If card payment is turned on, the order is confirmed when the payment is captured. The price on the confirmation is the price you are charged, including the delivery or shipping rate shown at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Ask for a change through the contact page with your order number. The kitchen can cancel an order it has not started. After cooking or packing has started, the order may have to continue.
Problems with an order
If a meal is missing, damaged, or not what you ordered, write through the contact page. Include the order number. The kitchen reviews it and replies by email. Card numbers are never stored on this shop.
